The other day I had an arrangement ordered to my daughter and it was all melted. And the order was missing the glazed pecans. The owner was rude and not worth giving this man or his store your money. And I never got my money back or anything missing or anything new that was destroyed. Very upset. The manager Kameron is not a good man.

Worst business I’ve ever had to deal with! They screwed up the delivery and put the arraignment in a place the recipient couldn’t find it and it was attacked by animals. When I asked for a refund the person who said he was the owner refused to replace or refund my money, got rude and disrespectful on the phone and then hung up abruptly. Try to file a complaint with the parent organization and got no response back. If I could the Poughkeepsie store a negative star they would get 10 of them. Take your business to Adams Fair Acre Farms if you want to deal with competent and professional people, but never use Edible INCOMPETENT Arraignments!!!

I had such an amazing experience with Edible Arrangements in Poughkeepsie! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was right on time and super seamless — no stress at all. The fruit was incredibly fresh, perfectly cut, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. And the customer service? Crazy good. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something reliable, fresh, and impressive!

5 stars! Thanks to Edible Arrangements my mom had the best birthday gift ever! She was very happy with the bouquet and so was I. I am thrilled to say that my mother was overjoyed with the arrangement and I owe it all to the incredible Edible team that helped put together the perfect arrangement. The fruits were very delicious and fresh :) Thank you Edible team, for making it freshly made and delivering it on time. Will for sure order again in the future!! I am so grateful for their hard work and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I am visiting my parents in NY from AL. My husband wanted to surprise me and sent a LARGE arrangement for our anniversary on 7/10/21. I know he paid good money for it. The arrangement had various fruits covered in white and dark chocolate. It was left outside at the front door. No one was home. It was a HOT and Sunny day.. My husband got notification it was delivered and when I didn’t call/text him, he called me to see if I received it. It had been a couple hours before someone was home and the white chocolate melted right off the bananas onto the strawberries. Dark chocolate was melting right off. The bananas started turning color, the cantaloupes got all funky,, fruit started dripping and shriveling from the heat. There was chocolate dripping and melting on the inside of the celaphane wrap. It looked horrible when you opened it… It smelled bad when I opened it and majority of it wasnt “edible”.. I tried calling several time throughout the weekend and the phone just rang with no machine/voicemail to leave a message. I am very disappointed the arrangement was left at the door in the heat. I’ve gotten calls from florists and Edible arrangements in the past notifying me they are maki
